Medicare

Medicare eligibility and bulk-billing arrangements may vary depending on the consultation, patient circumstances and doctor. Please speak with reception when booking if you would like to confirm the applicable billing arrangements.

Private Fees

Where a consultation is not bulk billed, a private fee may apply. The applicable fee will depend on the type and length of consultation.

WorkCover and TAC

WorkCover and TAC consultations may be billed according to the relevant arrangements. Patients should provide their claim information and insurer details where applicable.

Other Services

Fees may apply for services that are not covered by Medicare, including certain medical reports, forms, certificates, insurance reports, employment-related documentation, commercial medicals and other administrative requests.

The doctor will determine whether the requested service can be provided.

Cancellation Policy

We ask patients to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or change an appointment.

Late cancellations and non-attendance may result in a cancellation or non-attendance fee. Please contact reception as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods available at the practice. If you have questions about fees or billing, please speak with our reception team.
